Prices

- All displayed prices include free First Class Royal Mail Postage and Packing for orders within the UK
- Prices displayed are exclusive of UK VAT. (There is no VAT to pay on Books, but there is on CD’s, Videos, etc.)

Payment Methods

- Mastercard and Visa credit cards are the accepted methods of payment

Delivery

- All Orders within the UK will be despatched first class via Royal Mail, unless otherwise requested
- Items in stock are usually despatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday)
- We will notify customers when an ordered item is out of stock

Returns

Your Statutory Rights
Cooling-off period
By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. This applies to all of our products. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of CD-ROM’s, audio, and software products where the item has been unsealed or software installed. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please return the item to the below address, giving the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with your details so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge (if any)--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
